Joseph Cudjoe Junior Esq. is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana, called to the Bar in 2024. He holds an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from the prestigious University of Ghana School of Law, an MBA in Marketing from the University of Professional Studies, Legon, a First Class LLB from KAAF University College, and a First Class BSc in Business Administration from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). 

With over 15 years of blended experience across industry, sales, and commercial operations, Joseph brings rare practical insight to his legal practice. His illustrious career has seen him contribute to major construction and chemical engineering projects, working alongside project managers, consultants, and key decision makers. This hands-on exposure deepens his advisory work in construction contracts, regulatory compliance, and project-related risk management. 

Joseph’s legal interests span corporate and business law, securities advisory, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution.
