Doreen Delali Akpai

Doreen Delali Akpai is a Senior Lawyer and the Managing Partner of MacCarthy & Associates, with over a decade of experience in legal practice. In her role as Managing Partner, she provides strategic leadership and oversees client management, business development, firm administration, and the delivery of high-quality legal services.

She has worked as Counsel in several reputable law firms in Accra, gaining broad experience across diverse areas of legal practice. Her leadership and management skills play a key role in the firm’s strategic planning and long-term growth.

Doreen holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, and a Qualifying Certificate of Law from the Ghana School of Law, Accra. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.

She is recognised for her strong communication and analytical skills, robust work ethic, and client-focused approach. Outside of practice, Doreen enjoys reading, exercising, and travelling.
