B from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). He also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from GIMPA and a Diploma in Managing Information Systems from the Institute for the Management of Information Systems (UK).

Before joining MacCarthy & Associates, he served in various executive and managerial positions, gaining extensive experience in logistics, administration, customer service, and operational management.
