heophilus Okyere Boapea is an Associate at MacCarthy & Associates. He is a qualified lawyer in Ghana and the United Kingdom. He was called to the Ghana Bar in 2022 and undertake his Pupillage at the Civil Division of the Office of the Attorney General and Ministry of Justice where he worked on matters in the oil and gas industry.
His areas of focus are corporate and commercial law, energy law and litigation. Theophilus obtained his LLB from the University of Ghana, Legon and his Masters in International Commercial and Business Law (LLM) at the University of East Anglia, Norwich (United Kingdom).
He is also a graduate of BPP Law University, Leeds where he obtained his Graduate Diploma in Law Certificate (GDL) and his Legal Practice Course Certificate (LPC). Theophilus is a sports enthusiast and loves movies. During his spare time, he enjoys playing football, video games and travelling.
